I feel like this hotel is very underrated. My daughter and I stayed here for two nights December 12-14 and I was very impressed. We originally only booked one night but we were enjoying our stay so much we booked another night. We showed up about 20 minutes before check in and once they confirmed that a room was ready they allowed us to check in. The lobby and hallways smell very good and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice. Our room was very clean, well stocked and I was excited to see a Keurig sitting on the desk for coffee. My daughter wanted to go to the pool which was amazing! There’s a smaller area for kids, along with a larger pool and a pretty large hot tub. Both of the pools are heated so they were the perfect temperature and there were plenty of towels available on the shelf. One of the restrooms was out of order, however the one that was in service was one of the cleanest pool bathrooms I’ve ever seen. The breakfast was good, the attendant kept it very clean and the selection was pretty good. Overall we plan to stay here again if we need another staycation, it was relaxing, plenty of shopping near by, and the staff was very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Spacious, nice looking room. Great water pressure in the shower. Pillows were kind of thin. Eggs really didn’t have much flavor or texture but the orange juice was good. Parking lot was packed down with ice/snow. Overall great value though.

We had come up from MS for a family emergency. Mr Raj and staff was very accommodating to our check in and out times. Always available for any questions and direction. We found our room and public areas to be clean and kept up on.

The price was amazing, half the price as any other hotel like it! And it was nice all around along with the hot tub being hot and the pool being warm!!! So rare!!! But the most impressive of all was the staff!!! They went above and beyond!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Rochester area!!! Thank you for a great stay! It was a fun way to bring in the new year 2026

I would say that this is a very cozy stay, the bathtubs weren't too high up and they felt comfortable and the water was hot every morning and even in the afternoon, I love the way that they kept the hotel room inviting and comforting, but at the same time versatile for business and or personal. The staff from morning till night and overnight. Were always helpful. Always had a friendly, warm smile and a calming demeanor, not to mention, they definitely address any problems that you had without dismissing them. And it's somewhere I didn't even want to leave after we'd been there for several days nearly. I'm definitely going to return and breakfast was really good and comforting. Not to mention they have cheese , folded omelette eggs and that right there is hard to come by! As far as everything else goes, I would say it's definitely wonderful and that it made star ⭐ worthiness because we will be returning and hopefully with a lot more of our business needs to be leaning there as well... So you're probably wondering about the housekeeping, right? Well the encounter we had was one of the ladies there wasn't to polite, it was more so of a didn't want to take responsibility of what rooms they were covering but overall it got resolved finally so that was probably the most unpleasurable moment there to be honest. Aside from that, If you're looking for comfort, this is the place that you can do a bit of both. Thank you so much for your hospitality, you're warm invite and your comforting smiles . Blessings

Clean, beds were awesome. Staff was very accommodating. Housekeeping came by with fresh towels each day, cleaned and emptied any garbage. I was hoping for more coffee in the room by the 2nd or 3rd day, however it was fine. I went out to purchase some k pods that were decafs. The breakfast was fair with choices of sausage eggs yogurt etc…. It would have been nice to have a different meat product but it suited our needs.

Highly recommend this motel. Pet-friendly; reasonable prices; several amenities such as breakfast, pool, business center; polite, helpful staff; and good location near shops and dining. Especially appreciated the spacious bathrooms with plenty of counter space, toiletries and towels.

Rooms are nice! beds are comfortable! The Staff here is amazing! They've helped me get where I needed to be after a bad accident and had been down and out with medical problems. Its now my home away from home! Thank you all so much
